Service controller
Roblox AI Coach is responsible for the information submitted through this website. Questions, access requests, or deletion requests can be sent through the contact form or by email at manuelferreira28ya@gmail.com.
Information requested
The contact form asks for name, email, optional age range, current level, preferred session type, and a message about the learner's goals or project.
How the information is used
The information is intended to respond to requests, prepare a suitable coaching format, and adapt communication to the student's level or parent or guardian context.
Payments and scheduling
The contact form does not collect payment card details. Any payment or scheduling details should be handled through the agreed external process after the enquiry.
Email delivery provider
Contact form submissions are delivered by email through Resend when email delivery is configured. The provider processes the submitted message only so the enquiry can be delivered.
Minors and guardians
For minors, communication, scheduling, and payments should be handled by a parent or guardian.
Data retention
Enquiry information should only be kept for as long as needed to respond, organize coaching, and keep a reasonable record of communication.
